Born in China, the homeland of Acupuncture, I am deeply interested in the natural holistic philosophy and amazing effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This has led to my enthusiasm in natural and holistic health care. I have spent more than 20 years working in this field.
I began studying Chinese medicine in 1988 at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and qualified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs in 1994. Then I was further trained in the Institute of Acupuncture and Dong Zhi Men hospital in Beijing for 6 years with Professors Xinnong Chen, Jijun Jiang and Shizhe Gu, who are grand masters in Acupuncture in China. I have published seven papers about clinical acupuncture and received a Doctor degree in Acupuncture at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In 2000, I became director of the Acupuncture department in Boren hospital Beijing.
I believe it is important to restore balance and harmony to the body according to the individual's conditions. I examine my clients according to traditional Chinese methods, and use acupuncture, acupressure and herbal medicine to restore balance and harmony of Yin and Yang. This has benefited my clients in recovering from various imbalances. In 2006, I was cited by the Health Department of Beijing as one of their top 100 young medical doctors of great excellence.
During this 20+ years practice, I have built a wealth of experience in helping clients with many difficult conditions, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), trigeminal neuralgia, migraine, chronic neck pain, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, knee pain, stress, and morning sickness, etc.
I practice from the The Traditional Acupuncture Centre in Leamington Spa and the Warwickshire Clinic of Traditional Acupuncture in Hatton, near Warwick. Both clinics are within easy reach of Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry and have plenty of free parking close by.
