Acupuncture involves the use of very fine, sterile and disposable needles (single use) to stimulate points along the energy channels (meridians) in the body to regulate the flow of vital energy and restore balance. It is remarkable in its effect on painful conditions, neurological problem, stress and a wide range of ailments.

Acupuncture Needles

Acupressure and Chinese Massage

Acupressure and Chinese Massage have a similar effect to acupuncture, but using the hands rather than the needles. A gentle pressure is applied to the Acupoints to stimulate energy in the meridians. It is a welcome alternative for those who are sensitive to or anxious about acupuncture needles. Chinese massage is widely used for stress, anxiety, stiffness, pain and general healthcare. Both therapies are part of Traditonal Chinese Medicine and often described as 'Acupuncture without needles'.
